THE BUZZ IN OAK GROVE JUST NEVER STOPS!!!!!

The Station at Oak Grove welcomes our newest tenant to Historic Downtown Oak Grove. The remodeling at THE STATION has begun, but in a short while MOONLIGHT COFFEEHOUSE, a local community oriented business will be our new anchor tenant taking up two spaces in our newly updated brick building located on Oak Grove Blvd. They will have a coffeehouse in our old coffee shop space and their retail boutique and art gallery a couple doors down.

Moonlight Coffeehouse, Boutique & Gallery is an established business who highlights artists and vendors from our local area and serves up delicious coffees and teas in an elegant atmosphere! They are currently located on the corner of Concord and McLoughlin in GG’s complex.

THE BAD NEWS-the remodel will take a couple months to complete, but we’ll keep you updated with photos.

The GOOD NEWS-everyone in Oak Grove has a chance to show Moonlight their support by visiting them at their current location during this transitional time. You can get to know them (Pixie and Angel), check out their business and see what they are bringing to our town, and give them the warm community welcome that you are known for!

The Station at Oak Grove welcomes new tenant DREAM RIVER RADIO

The Station at Oak Grove welcomes our newest tenant, Jelle Creations Studio, the dream cloud oasis of Josephine P. Elle!

Located at 2210 SE Oak Grove Blvd.

Josephine, a musician of over 4 decades, has not only spent the last 12 years as a healing music therapist in the health care industry, but is also a published composer, singer songwriter, performing music artist, an inspirational writer and graphic art designer, music mentor and inspirer, as well as community music project organizer and leader.
That is just the short list.

 

But wait that is not all! The Studio is also the new hub and home of DREAM RIVER RADIO “The New Mainstream”,
a free form, uncensored radio station with a now 3+ year track record of worldwide entertainment. Josephine, along with radio show host Vincent Tallbut, also a gifted and talented musician, co-creates and produces a cutting edge radio program that promotes the best in local and national music as well as other uplifting content, and soon will be airing 24 hours a day via internet stream.

Recently described by one of Josephine’s colleagues as a one of a kind crescendo and hugger of all people, we are thinking this community is about to get a whole lot of love. If you ask Josephine, her eyes will light up, she will smile and simply say “I am just a girl making music. If that makes lives better and this world a better place, then I am grateful to be doing my part”

 

What are we expecting to see in the near future?

Music house concerts, artist meet and greets, community music activities and the list goes on.
